02/04/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 2 April, MEPs from the European Parliament's Committees on Legal Affairs (JURI) and Civil Liberties (LIBE) approved, by 49 votes to 7, the partial agreement reached between representatives of Parliament and the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the EU (see EUROPE B12207A9) on the ‘Justice' programme for 2021-2027 aimed at promoting the establishment of a European area of justice based on mutual trust (see EUROPE B12030A12).
