Court dismisses appeals of Chinese solar panel producers

27/03/2019 (Agence Europe) – The Court of Justice of the European Union dismissed on Wednesday 27 March the appeals lodged by five Chinese producers against the rejection by the EU General Court of their petition to annul Regulations 1238/2013 and 1239/2013 imposing anti-dumping measures and a definitive countervailing duty on imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e., cells) originating in or consigned from the People’s Republic of China...
