European Parliament ready to negotiate on European Solidarity Corps post-2020

12/03/2019 (Agence Europe) – The European Parliament supports the extension of the European Solidarity Corps for the period 2021-2027. On Tuesday 12 March, it adopted its position for negotiations with the EU Council on this programme, which allows young people aged 18 to 30 to participate in a range of solidarity activities through voluntary actions, internships or fixed-term employment within the EU.
