22/02/2019 (Agence Europe) – EU co-legislators made progress on the Horizon Europe Framework Programme at the last interinstitutional meeting (trilogue) held on Thursday 21 February. At the meeting, they provisionally agreed on Article 7a regarding the European Innovation Council (EIC) and Article 6a on the principle of reciprocity with third countries in the implementation of the programme.
