Green light for Italian aid for restructuring of the operator of Ancona airport

22/02/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 22 February, the European Commission approved Italian aid for the restructuring of Aerdorica S.p.A, the operator of Ancona Airport. The company is currently the subject of bankruptcy proceedings before the Italian national courts. After rescue aid for this company, already validated by the Commission in June 2017 (see EUROPE 11803), Rome notified the institution of its intention to grant it new restructuring aid, amounting to €25 million....
