EU institutions to discuss transparency register at political meeting on 13 February

04/02/2019 (Agence Europe) – A political meeting between representatives of the EU institutions is expected to be held on 13 February in Strasbourg to discuss the transparency register (see EUROPE 12105). The issue is the creation of a mandatory register (of lobbies) applicable to the three EU institutions. Negotiators in the European Parliament have scheduled meetings in the coming days to discuss the negotiations on the issue, taking into account the amendments to the Parliament's Rules...
