Alexis Tsipras narrowly wins vote of confidence

17/01/2019 (Agence Europe) – Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tspiras narrowly saved his government in a vote of confidence on Wednesday, 16 January. Mr Tsipras received the support of 151 MPs – the 145 deputies of his Syriza party, four independents and two dissidents of the sovereignist ANEL party – out of the 299 parliamentarians who participated in the vote.
