Member States agree to sanction the two 'tourists' in Skripal case

The Committee of Permanent Representatives in the EU (Coreper) gave their agreement on Wednesday 16 January, without debate, to restrictive measures against nine persons and one entity linked to the use of chemical weapons, according to a European source.
