Jean-Claude Juncker blames Member States for their inaction on reform of European asylum system

11/01/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 11 January in Bucharest, Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker criticised those Member States which, "if they had implemented all our proposals” with regard to migration in a timely fashion, “would not be in the situation in which they find themselves".
