95% of skimmed milk powder in public stock has been put back on market

Almost 95% of the volume of skimmed milk powder bought into public stock since 2015 has been put back into circulation on the market, the European Commission noted on Friday 11 January. 

More than 80,000 tonnes of skimmed milk powder were sold in the latest tender sale on Thursday 10 January. This is the largest sale since the launch of the public tender sales in December 2016 (see EUROPE 12160).
