MEPs want to allocate more ESF+ resources to youth employment and social inclusion after 2020

The European Parliament's Committee on Employment and Social Affairs adopted on Monday 3 December its negotiating position on the allocation of the €106.8 billion (2018 prices) requested by the European Parliament to the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) for the period 2021-2027. 

According to MEPs, the amounts allocated to youth employment assistance should be increased from 10% to 15% in countries where the proportion of young people who not in employment, education or training...
