Court dismisses application to suspend proceedings concerning restrictive measures of Mr Klyuyev's funds for period March 2018-March 2019

The President of the Court of First Instance of the European Union has rejected Andriy Klyuyev's request to suspend the execution of the March 2018 decision of the Council of the European Union extending until March 2019 the application of restrictive measures against him, in an order issued on Thursday 29 November (Case T-305/18).
