Elements of Trade Defence Instruments Regulation included in proposal on horizontal safeguards

Negotiations between the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union on the proposal to include horizontal safeguard measures in the EU's Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) quickly led to a compromise.
