22/11/2018 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission sent letters of formal notice to 16 Member States on Thursday 22 November on the grounds that they have not been notified of the implementation of the new Directive (2017/541) on combating terrorism, which harmonises in particular the penalties for offences such as aid in preparing for terrorist acts or going abroad to fight terrorism.
