On Monday 19 November, the Council adopted the update of the EU's strategic framework for cyber defence, ‘in order to respond to the ever-changing challenges in the field of security".
The first framework dates from 2014 and the new one aims to strengthen cyber resilience and build strong cyber security and cyber defence capabilities, according to the Council conclusions.
