08/11/2018 (Agence Europe) – Negotiations between EU institutions on the proposal for a directive aimed at preventing unfair trading practices (UTP) in the food supply chain are to resume on 21 November (see EUROPE 12127, 12125). A second trialogue was held on Wednesday 7 November during which the parties made some headway on the list of UTP. The European Parliament is keener than the Council to enlarge that list.
