EU hails concrete commitments taken at inter-Korean summit

On Wednesday 19 September, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini hailed the concrete commitments taken by South Korea's President Moon Jae-in and North Korea's President Kim Jong-un during the third inter-Korean summit on 18-19 September.
