Inter-institutional discussions on the Cyber Security Act began on 13 September in Strasbourg in a rather positive climate. Negotiators are hoping to reach an agreement before the end of the year, ideally before the Telecommunications Council on 4 December. The next meeting is planned for 1 October in Strasbourg.
