EU calls on Israel to re-open Kerem Shalom crossing point

13/07/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 13 July, the spokesperson for the European External Action Service spoke out against Israel's decision to close the Kerem Shalom crossing point, except for humanitarian provisions, and to restrict the fishing zone for Palestinians. "The EU expects Israel to reverse these decisions", which risk"further aggravating the already dire economic situation in Gaza", the EEAS spokesperson said in a press release.
