European Parliament-Council agreement in sight on mutual recognition of decisions to freeze criminal assets

The inter-institutional negotiations on the draft regulation foreseeing a mutual recognition mechanism for decisions to freeze or confiscate criminal assets by the member states might be concluded in the next trialogue session (see EUROPE 11694)
