Donald Tusk criticises Trump administration's vagaries

On Wednesday 16 May, European Council President Donald Tusk attacked the US administration, describing it as "capricious".

"Besides traditional political challenges such as the rise of China, or the aggressive stance of Russia, we are witnessing today a new phenomenon: the capricious assertiveness of the American administration", Tusk said, ahead of the informal dinner for heads of state and government meeting in Sofia.  The leaders are expected to discuss the decision of US President...
