Legal action and Commission communication on air pollution expected on 17 May

15/05/2018 (Agence Europe) – The long-awaited legal action against some of the nine member states in the firing line for persistent infringement of the European air quality directive is likely to be announced on Thursday 17 May, in the next salvo of infringement proceedings against countries failing to comply with EU law.
