Rachida Dati proposed by Parliament to sit on European Prosecutor's Office members selection committee

27/03/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 27 March, MEPs at the European Parliament's civil liberties committee allocated the former French Keeper of the Seals, Rachida Dati (EPP) a seat on the committee in charge of selecting the head of the European Prosecutor's Office, as well as the European prosecutors.  The founding regulation of the European Prosecutor's Office stipulates that the setting up of a selection committee consists of 12 figures chosen from among former members of the...
