Shipowners call for harmonisation of rules on reporting formalities when entering and leaving ports

15/03/2018 (Agence Europe) – With the European Commission expected to present a proposal in May to revise Directive 2010/65/EU on the reporting formalities for vessels entering or leaving ports in the EU member states, the European Community Shipowners’ Association (ECSA) and World Shipping Council have formulated their priorities on this in a press release dated Wednesday 14 March.  The organisations therefore call for the introduction of a harmonised maximum list of data reporting...
