Brussels, 18/06/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 18 June, the European Commission referred Belgium to the Court of Justice of the EU, as the country applies different methods for assessing and taxing income earned by its residents from their real estate investments, depending on whether the property is located in Belgium or another member state.
