12/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - On arrival in Brussels on Friday, the United States' new Permanent Representative to the EU, Rockwell Schnabel stressed the progress made between the Union and Washington in the fight against terrorism (legal co-operation, financing, air safety…). Mr Schnabel, who is of Dutch origin, was so far Co-Chair of the Trident Capital of Los Angeles, having been, among other things, Deputy Trade Secretary and Ambassador to Finland.
