Brussels, 12/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - The first Europe-Africa ministerial meeting, in Brussels on Thursday (see EUROPE of 10 October, p.7), according to its co-chairs - Louis Michel and his Zambian counterpart Keli Walubita (who currently chairs the OAU, in the process of becoming the African Union), was a great success.
