12/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - Javier Solana announced on Friday that Alain Le Roy has been apointd as the successor to François Léotard (whom he thanked for his tireless work) as EU Special Representative in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. Mr Le Roy was previously the French coordinator of the South East Europe Stability Pact.
