European Commission has presented new EU rules on industrial designs

02/12/2022 (Agence Europe) – As part of the Intellectual Property Action Plan (see EUROPE B12609A11), the European Commission announced on Tuesday 29 November the publication of new proposals regarding European rules on industrial designs.
