MEP René Repasi files complaint over EU taxonomy

11/10/2022 (Agence Europe) – After Austria (see EUROPE B13039A24) and Greenpeace (see EUROPE B13024A5), MEP René Repasi (S&D, German) announced on Monday 10 October that he has filed an appeal with the Court of Justice of the European Union to annul the complementary delegated act that temporarily includes nuclear energy and gas in the EU taxonomy.
