MEPs approve agreement with EU Council on revision of ‘transfers of funds’ directive

11/10/22 (Agence Europe) – On Monday, 10 October, MEPs on the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON) and the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) approved by a large majority (68 votes in favour, 2 against, and 3 abstentions) the provisional political agreement with the Council of the European Union on the revision of the directive on transfers of funds (see EUROPE B12983A7).
