Targeted reforms in the transport sector could reduce the oil consumption of EU vehicles by 13%. At least that is what Greenpeace Central and Eastern Europe is suggesting, publishing a study on Wednesday 12 October in which the NGO estimates that such reforms could also save Europeans €63 billion a year on their bills.
