Belgium referred to Court for breach of EU law on regulated professions

29/09/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission decided on Thursday 29 September to refer Belgium to the Court of Justice of the European Union, with a proposal to impose financial sanctions, for failure to transpose the Directive (2018/958) introducing a proportionality check before the adoption of any new Regulation for regulated professions (doctors, architects, lawyers...)
